In the FAQ section you will find all the essential information regarding the conference. Here you can find answers related to the registration process, the programme, the venue, transportation, as well as any other useful details that will help you prepare and participate smoothly. 1. When and where will the conference take place?
The conference will take place on 19–20 March 2026, at the Athens Conservatoire, in Athens, Greece.
2. Who is the conference addressed to?
The conference is addressed to engineers, designers, construction companies, industry professionals, representatives of industries and laboratories, public authorities, and all stakeholders involved in structural fire protection, from both the private and public sectors.
3. What will be the official languages?
The official languages of the conference are Greek and English. Interpretation services will be provided in all sessions.
4. Is remote participation available?
Yes. The conference will be held in a hybrid format, combining on-site attendance with online participation.
5. Will there be parallel events?
Yes. Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors will participate in the exhibition area with booths for networking purposes.
6. Is sponsorship participation available?
Yes. ELIPYKA invites companies and organizations to participate as sponsors. The sponsorship process is already open.
Why should I attend or support the conference as a sponsor?
The conference offers opportunities for networking and knowledge exchange, updates on new technologies and innovative materials, insights into legal and regulatory developments, and active participation in shaping fire protection policies and standards.

Is the venue easily accessible?

Parking: There is no public parking on-site; however, private parking facilities are available nearby.
Entrance: As of September 2025, access is only via the main entrance on Rigillis Street or via the stairs at the corner of Vass. Georgiou & Rigillis.

9. How can I register for the conference?
Registration is available exclusively through the official conference website:

10. Are group discounts available?
Yes, for registrations made by the same organization/institution. Discounts apply to the total number of group registrations (according to the official applicable categories).
11. What are the registration fees?
Registration fees depend on the participant category (member, non-member, student, firefighter) and whether registration is completed during the EARLY BIRD period or afterwards.
12. When will I receive my registration materials?
They will be sent to your email three days prior to the start of the conference. On-site participants will also receive the conference kit at the venue.
13. Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?
For EARLY BIRD tickets, a full refund is available until 31 January 2026. After this date, refunds are not available and registrations are non-transferable.
14. Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes. After the completion of the conference, instructions for issuing the e-Attendance Certificate will be sent to your email.
15. Will the conference proceedings be published?
No, official proceedings will not be published. However, all conference material will be available in the members’ area. In addition, the Communication Committee, in collaboration with the Scientific Committee, will highlight key insights from the presentations and the questions raised by participants.
